M'lore: St Agnes hosts workshop on personality devt

Mangalore, Jan 22: The SACCSA (St Agnes College Commerce Students Association) of the department of commerce, conducted a one-day intercollegiate personality development workshop titled ‘PERSONA - Learn to live better’ on Tuesday January 22 at the Conference Hall.

This training program on soft, smart and life skills was organized for the final year BCom and BBM students of all colleges.

Dr Sr M Prem D’Souza AC, principal, presided over the inaugural function.

John Prasad Menezes, former president, Kanara Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mangalore inaugurated the function.

The various sessions of the workshop: ‘Money Management and Fear Factor’ by Joel D’Souza - President of the International Mega Minds Educational Trust Mangalore(NGO);‘Soft Skills and Interview Skills’ by Bharathi Shevgoor - Toastmaster and copy editor at Magnum Inter Grafiks Pvt Ltd; ‘Multiple Intelligence’ by Dr Malini Hebbar- Toastmaster and professor, deptartment of English.

The valedictory will be held at 4.30 pm. Sr M Supriya AC, vice-principal, St Agnes College, will deliver the valedictory address.
