Kundapur, Feb 7: The annual feast of Holy Cross Church, Byndoor was celebrated in a grand manner under the leadership of Fr Anil D’Souza, parish priest of Kundapur.
Fr Anil in his homily said we should follow the principles of god and become role models to others. He asked the people to build society of peace and unity.
On the occasion special prayers were conducted for the devotees residing abroad.
Fr Praveen Martis, head of St Mary’s educational institution, Fr Thomas D’Souza of Permanur Church and several other priests from Udupi and Karwar diocese were present.
Fr Francis Cornelio, parish priest of Byndoor Church delivered the vote of thanks.
The Eucharistic celebration was followed by cultural programme by Christy Kalaangan.
