New Delhi, Feb 20 (IANS): It was sunny and pleasant morning in the capital Wednesday with the minimum temperature settling at 10.1 degrees, a notch below the season's average. The Met office has forecast a clear day ahead.

"Skies will remain clear," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 23 degrees Celsius, added the official.

Visibility at 8.30 a.m. was 800 metres.

Tuesday's maximum temperature settled three notches below average at 22 degrees Celsius and the minimum was average for this time of the season at 11.2 degrees.
