Chennai, Mar 1 (IANS): Two and three wheeler maker TVS Motor Company Ltd closed last month with lower sales against what it sold during last February.
Last month, the company sold 165,696 units (two wheelers 160,895 units, three wheelers 4,801 units) against 172,061 units (two wheelers 168,996 units, three wheelers 3,065 units) sold in February, 2012, said a company statement Friday.
However the company's total exports during February, 2013 grew by 22 percent from 17,960 units in February, 2012 to 21,896 units.
