Mangalore, Mar 5: Skaters from Mangalore Roller Skating Club won the individual championship in the recently held 12th Interschool Skating contest.
Mohammed Shamil Arshad of Canara Dongerekere School, Shubra Jotsna of Kendriya Vidyala, Chinmayya Kottari of Canara CBSE, Kushi Rani of St Agnes School, Priyanshu Yem of Canara Dongerekere School, S A Vignesh of Canara CBSE, Ankitha Kopal of Lourdes Central, Shreyas D’Mello of Sudhana Residential School, Puttur, Thaaniya Suvarna of Manipal School, Attavar, Shishir Shenoy of Sri Sathya Sai, Vittla, Aishwarya Mathew of Presidency School, Pratham Raj of Sacred Heart, Ashel D’Silva of Cambridge School, Ashwin of Cambridge School, and Chethan Raj Lourdes Central School, all won two gold medals and an individual championship.
The winners are being trained at Mangalore Roller Skating Club by trainer Mahesh Kumar.
