Hyderabad, Mar 10 (IANS): Tragedy struck the Maha Shivratri celebrations in Andhra Pradesh Sunday when four students drowned and another went missing in the Godavari river.
According to police, the incident took place in Chintiryala in Khammam district, about 250 km from here, when a group of students had gone for a holy bath.
While rescue workers retrieved four bodies, the search is on for another student. The victims were aged between seven and 18 years.
