Bangalore, Mar 11: With great joy Focolare celebrated the fifth anniversary of Chiara’s departure to Heaven, recalling the 14th March 2008 at NBCLC centre yesterday.

It was a special event focusing on the precious legacy of Chiara and the Charism of the Focolare Movement. The participants who attended were more than 150, all ages and backgrounds.

The program began with Holy mass followed by Chiara’s life history, which was divided in three blocks – the first part with interviews to the participants regarding what was the impact of Chiara in their lives, the second about Chiara and the interfaith dialogue with the presence and the sharing of some non-Christian friends closely in touch with the movement and the third part with experiences how much Chiara is influencing our daily life today in the families and in the professional lives.

The event ended with lunch for all, which became a very important moment to know one another better and exchange very lively, the pleasant impressions of the day.
