Kittel needs to be given due recognition not as a minority rep. Doesn't he deserve it otherwise? Government has to use the minority slot to honor him? Are we christians out of our head , not to see through the insult already?

Do not fall into the minority trap and start banners.

Tippu has contributed to the nation big time, and he deserves a place in history too. Yes, the christians were persecuted, not because they were christians as a religion, but because he felt threatened as Invaders were also christians.

How many others sacrificed their life, their children fighting the invaders? Have some consideration for what he went through to keep the sovereignity of his kingdom. Many others caved in without any resistance.

Kittel needs to be given the general mainstream recognition, not the reserved minority one.

We do not know how to honour our national treasures.
