M'lore: AIMIT wins championships at management fests

Mangalore, Mar 19: The students of MBA of AIMIT Business School, St Aloysius College Mangalore won the overall championship trophies in three major fests inducted recently.

They participated in ETTIN-2013, the management fest conducted by JKSHIM-Nitte, VISTA-2013, the management fest conducted by Meridian College, Beeri, and ZENITH-2013, the fest conducted by Commence department of Mangalore University and  brought laurels to AIMIT, St Aloysius College.


 

ETTIN 2013

The students of MBA Department of St Aloysius College of Management and Information technology (AIMIT) participated in ETTIN 2013 which was organized by JKSHIM-Nitte.

This two-day premier event held on March 15 and March16 saw participation from  various reputed B-schools such as Jain University Bangalore, PESIT, Shimoga including St Aloysius College (AIMIT).

Mohammed Fahad KB and Anoop K Tom bagged the championship in Business Quiz.

Myron Mascarenhas secured first place in Creativity, Mohammed Khalander Saifuddin secured first place in Strategist, Fadhil Ahmed secured first place in Business Intelligence.

Lloyd Gladson Rebello participated in Corporate Governance. The team bagged the overall championship at ETTIN 2013.

The events that were held were Strategist, Corporate Governance, Creativity, Business Intelligence and Business Quiz.

VISTA 2013

The MBA team from St Aloysius College of Management and Information technology(AIMIT), Beeri participated in  Vista 2013 which was organized by Meridian College of Commerce,Ullal.

Joel Melrick secured second place in ‘The Dictator’

Myron Mascarenhas, Roopa Chitta, Vrinda Barros, Yvonel Dsouza secured first place in the Business project.

Trinee Moras, Smitha Nayak, Melroy Lobo, Joel Melrick, Sandesh, Nihal, Riya, Vrinda, Yvonil Dsouza were part of the team which secured first place in the Ice breaker event.
 
ZENITH  2013

ZENITH 2013 a state level business fest was organized by Mangalore University which witnessed participation from various colleges across the state including  AIMIT(St Aloysius College of Management and Information technology).

The best manager prize was bagged by Mohammed Khalander. Saifuddin Vinod and Ajay Tellis bagged the runners up prize in the quiz competition AIMIT bagged the overall championship at ZENITH.
