I saved UPA govt in crisis but Cong put CBI after me: Mulayam

Lucknow, Mar 29 (PTI): Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav today claimed he had saved UPA government in its bad days and despite this Congress has put CBI after him.

"Congress used to take support by threatening. I supported the UPA government in bad times but Congress has put CBI after me", he told reporters here.

In a fresh attack on union minister Beni Prasad Verma, Yadav said those talking about making Rahul Gandhi the Prime Minister could not save the deposit of his son in assembly polls.

"Congress will decide about Rahul Gandhi...By the way, those (Beni Prasad) talking about making him the Prime Minister could not save the deposit of his son in assembly elections", he said.

Beni's son Rakesh Verma had forfeited his deposit in assembly elections from Daryabad seat in his home district Barabanki. Mulayam was asked about his views on Rahul Gandhi as the prime ministerial candidte of Congress party in next Lok Sabha polls.

On Beni's allegation about a deal for giving support, Yadav said those talking about SP's "deal" with Congress were themselves a "traitor". "I am not afraid of anyone and that is why I speak the truth. I have never betrayed anyone. On the other hand, I was betrayed many times...I do what I say..there is no difference between what I say and what I do", he said.

Yadav also alleged the media was not in his and his party's favour due to which law and order in UP was being made an issue.

"Law and order is good in the state but the media is creating unnecessary hue and cry over it. (UP Chief Minister) Akhilesh is doing better than his counterparts in other states.", he claimed.

Mulayam, Mamatha and Mayawati, all the three have gone mad. No one can rely on them and should not. They change their stand every second. They are unpredictable. The increase in teh number of regional parties have spoilt the Indian Political scenerio. First of all, those parties which have their presence and existance in atlest 5 states are to be allowed to contest the Parliament Elections. Or else, these tiny miscreants would be a thorn in our system. The law and Order situation in U P has gone to docks after it came under the ruling of these regional parties. Both are Corrupt and rule on Goondaism. Both Mayawati and MulAYAM ARE CORRUPT AND ARE AFTER MONEY AND POWER AND RULE WITH GOONDAISM. The people of UP should teach tehm a lesson by crushing them, in the interest of socio-economic development and for beter law and order situation. He talks fishy and Congress has to shell out some AID to keep his mouth shut and to remain in power. Congress also has lost credentials, they have moved away from their principles. They talk about common man and to retain power they support these GOONDAs and CORRUPT and play vote bank politics in teh name of CASTE, CREED, RELIGION. Better stop this and stick on to the principles set in by the earlier leaders.

The parties participating in co govt must be regulated to 5 or 6 parties or the parties existing in 5 or 6 states only to be allowed to contest in loksabha elections to avoid 23 or 24 party co govt in centre

This man (seasoned politician) Mr.Mulayam Singh Yadav Sir has saved UPA government in its bad days. There is no doubt about it.The whole country knows that.
That doesn't mean he should go Scot free from the wrong doings of his past!!!.
First the Maya!!!...followed by Karuna Nidhi !!!...and now Mulayam!!!...I hope only Mamata... seems to be upfront in her decision "without fear or favour!!!". But she still keep on cribbing and asking for a "special care" helping hand (economic package)from Man Mohan Singh government!!! Even for that matter Nitish Kumar has said, it's the "right of Bihar"!!!
One can clearly read the minds of "Regional Political Parties" today of our country dictating terms as per the given situation and timings...and that's the "Ultimate Reality" of our "Mother India" today which we have to accept in a coalition polity.

Youngistan... (Youth or Adults...major vote share percentage) must decide before they vote in the next crucial Lokh sabha Election...
