Hyundai hikes car prices

New Delhi, Apr 1 (IANS): Passenger car major Hyundai Motor India Monday increased prices of all its models from Rs.575 to Rs.2,830.

"The price increase was necessitated due to the On Board Diagnostic Compliance Changes (OBDC). We have increased the prices in the range of Rs.575 to Rs.2,830 across all the models," a statement from the company said.

"We have tried to absorb the maximum cost to minimise the price increase to cause less inconvenience to our valued customers," it added.
