Bangalore blast will help BJP in election: Congress

New Delhi, April 17 (IANS) : The explosion near Karnataka's ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) office will help the party in next month's assembly elections, Congress leader Shakeel Ahmad said Wednesday.

"If the blast near BJP's office in Banglore is a terror attack, it will certainly help the BJP politically on the eve of election," Ahmad said on Twitter. The election will be held May 5.

His remarks were criticised by the BJP as unwarranted and uncalled for.
"Such remarks are uncalled for and should not have come from a senior Congress leader. The party (Congress) has already accepted defeat in Karnataka," said BJP spokesperson Meenakshi Lekhi.

Sixteen people were injured, two of them seriously, in the explosion in crowded residential locality of Malleshwaram in north Bangalore.

    Mr. Shakeel Ahmad, can you please explain how will BJP benefit from this blast? Is it somewhat like this?:
    BJP: Is mein Kangress ka haath hai.
    Cong: Yeh ilzam sarasar be-buniyad hai. Hamare khilaf saazish hai. Hamara haath tho janta ke saat tha, janta ke saat hai and hamesha janta ke saat hi rahega.
    BJP: Saazish tho Kangress kar chuki hai. Chunav mein hamein hara nahin sakti isliye visfot karke, dara-dhamkake hamein chup karana chahati hai. Hamesha janta ka saath humne diya hai, yahan tak ki hamare party ka naam bhi hamne Bharatiya Janata Party rakha hai, yeh aap hi logon ki party hai.

    I think this is high time to think of a compulsory 'Induction Course' those who want to join politics.     "NIA should investigate Shakeel Ahmad. -He never used twitter before ! -How come he started tweeting on Bangalore Blasts? Was he sitting in front of the computer and waiting for the information to reach him so that he can tweet? His complicity in the blast is suspected and should be investigated. -More-over, 26/11 Mumbai attacks were done by ISI and congress combined for which FBI never allowed CBI to question Headly. After the Mumbai attack, Congress won ! So they are trying the same in Karnataka !''

    Instead of calling for a serious investigation, a senior leader like him making a stupid and shameful statement like this shows how mean these politicians are.
