Mangalore, Apr 18: JD(S) candidate Gulab Mohammed from Mangalore north constituency filed his nomination at MUDA office here on Wednesday April 17.
"I will be contesting from the Mangalore North legislative constituency under the leadership of Kumaraswamy and Dakshina Kannada leaders," said Mohammed speaking to reporters after filing his nomination.
"I am confident that people from the Mangalore North legislative constituency will vote for me as their representative. I will work to make the Mangalore North legislative constituency as a role model in the state. We have assurance from our supporters that we will definitely win this election."
JD(S) leaders like Dhanraj, M B Sadashiv, S P Changappa, Mohammed Kunhi, Gangadhar, Aziz Kudroli were also present.
