Ex-Pakistani minister opts out


Islamabad, May 11 (IANS): Firdous Ashiq Awan, a former Pakistani minister, Saturday withdrew from the electoral fray, a media report said.

Awan withdrew from NA-110 in favour of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf candidate contesting from the constituency. The PTI candidate is Usman Dar.

She is a former information and broadcasting minister.
