Moodbidri, Jan 3: Prof T K Mohan has been appointed principal of Shri Mahaveer College here recently.  He took over the charge from Prof P Dayanand Shetty on Saturday December 31.  Prof Dayanand Shetty retired recently.

Prof T K Mohan is currently the Head of the Economics Department of the Shri Mahaveer College.  He had earlier also rendered service in MGM College, Udupi, Bhandarkar's College, Kundapur and JCBM College, Shringeri.
