Delhi to see partly cloudy Sunday


New Delhi, Jun 2 (IANS): It was a sunny, clear Sunday morning in Delhi with the minimum temperature settling at 26.6 degrees Celsius, a notch below average for this time of year. The met office has forecast a partly cloudy day ahead."The sky will be clear in the morning and it will turn partly cloudy towards afternoon," said an official from the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 39 degrees Celsius, the official added.

The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 70 percent.

Saturday's maximum temperature was 38 degrees Celsius, two notches below average for this time of year, while the minimum settled a notch below average at 26.7 degrees Celsius.
