Other partner Mohammed Haneef has been in textile business for the last two decades managing shops like Sagar Silks, Sagar Cloth Stores and Kalasagar Textiles in the city. Both Haneef and Mustafa are long time friends and decided to strengthen their friendship with business partnership, resulting in the establishment of HAMCO, which is specialized in real estate and real estate investment business.

In the last four years HAMCO has been able to make its mark in the real estate scene of Mangalore with prestigious projects like HAMCO Atlantis, a luxury apartment building on University Road in Thokkottu and the recently launched HAMCO Titania, another luxury enclave in the heart of the city in Pandeshwar Mangalore. HAMCO Atlantis is located in the busy and upcoming Thokkottu near Ullal, the emerging educational hub of Mangalore.
