Jeddah, Jun 18: Jeddah chapter of India Fraternity Forum (IFF) organized an awareness programme on ‘Nitaqat’ in which the updates on the topic was presented by Abdul Ghani through multimedia presentation.
The presentation was very informative and simple with all the details in which it explained about the procedures to correct the residence / work status, change sponsorship and profession and to obtain the necessary travel documents for all those who are required to comply with the regulations as per Nitaqat before the grace period ends on July 3, 2013.
With his international experience and profound knowledge of entrepreneurship Adv Mirza Farhatullah Baig enunciated the various self-employment and investment opportunities available for the returning expatriates. He added that it is unnecessary to panic to return to India as the hardworking expatriate can earn a decent living, if he is ready to put in the same hard work back in India also.
A large gathering from different Indian states attended the programme and their queries were answered by Mohtisham Habeebullah, Abdul Kabeer, Asharaf Bajpe, Sheikh Abdullah, representing various regions and states.
The audience, who were mostly from the Urdu / Hindi speaking Indian states, found the programme a unique experience that was very useful to them. TP Shuaib (CEO, Al Rayan Int’l Group, Jeddah) was felicitated on the occasion and congratulated the efforts to educate the Indian community on Nitaqat with latest updated.
The programme began with the recitation from Holy Quran by Mirza while Mohtisham Habeebullah welcomed the guests and the gathering. Mudassar Hussain, Moosa and Hussain Jokkatte worked behind the scenes to make the programme a grand success.
