New Delhi, Jul 13 (IANS): President's rule in Jharkhand was revoked early Saturday. A press release from the Rashtrapati Bhavan said President Pranab Mukherjee had signed the proclamation under clause (2) of article 356 of the Constitution.

The six-month period of president's rule would have ended in a few days, as the proclamation of the imposition of such rule was made Jan 18.
