Man thrown out of train in UP


Lucknow, July 20 (IANS): A man was thrown out of a moving train by some passengers after an altercation over occupancy of seats, police said Saturday.

Virendra Kumar, 40, was thrown out of the Sialdah Express Friday while he was going to Lucknow. He was critically injured.

The incident occurred near Katehri railway station in Faizabad district. A complaint has been registered, police said.
