Mangalore, Jan 25: In another heart rending tragedy, two fishermen died after their fishing boat capsized in the deep sea on the border of Udupi and Uttara Kannada districts on Tuesday January 24.

The deceased have been identified as Arun and Jameel.  Both are twenty years of age and hail from the Uttara Kannada district.  Two more have been injured seriously in the tragedy and are fighting for life in one of the hospitals here.  The injured have been identified as Ilias and Jaffer.

There were 4 of them in the fishing boat, which capsized in the deep sea.  As a result all the four were in the sea panting and gasping without any help.  It was only after a long while that some fishermen in another boat saw them and came to their rescue.  Though they managed to bring all the four into their boat, both Arun and Jameel were already on the verge of death

All of them were immediately brought to the city.  But Arun and Jameel had breathed their last by that time. Two of the injured are being treated in the hospital now.
