Pakistan denies killing Indian soldiers

Islamabad, Aug 6 (IANS): The Pakistani military Tuesday denied the Indian army's claim that Pakistani forces attacked an Indian post and killed five soldiers in Jammu and Kashmir.

India accused Pakistani troops of intruding into Indian territory and attacking the Sarla post along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch sector Monday night.

Pakistan officials told media that Pakistani forces were not involved in any firing at any Indian post, Xinhua reported.

"No such incident has taken place on the LoC," an official with the army's Inter-Services Public Relations said.

India and Pakistan have declared a ceasefire along the LoC since 2003.

Guns had been relatively silent since then, but troops sometimes exchange fire. Both sides routinely accuse each other of border violations.

The latest incident comes at a time when the new government in Pakistan is trying to normalize relations with India.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is scheduled to meet his Indian counterpart Manmohan Singh on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York in September.

Pakistan said last week that it has proposed dates to India for resumption of the official dialogue and awaits Indian response.

Pakistan army has clandestinely recruits radical Islam militants and trains them modern weapons along the Indio-Pak border. Later the Pak army sent the trained radical Islam militants to attack Indian position and give them full back up support. Then they call it as Kashmiris fighting for their motherland and the Pak army cunningly denies their involvement.
This is against the ethics of military rule hence the Indian army should find a solution to attack back these uniformed militants through covering fire. The militants who attack the Indian position should not return back alive, at any cost.
In this incident, the Pakistan army has breached the Laws of War by supporting, training, sending the militants with full back-up in their army uniform to attack the unprovoked Indian border force. The Pakistani army is accountable for such cowardly act as War Crime under Geneva Conventions and India too should vigorously retaliate the similar way so that the enemies don’t dare attempt it again.
    Jai Hind!
