New sub-station inside upcoming Delhi jail


New Delhi, Aug 12 (IANS): Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit Monday laid the foundation stone for a sub-station in the upcoming Mandoli jail complex.

According to discom BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL), the 66/11KV sub-station, which will take 18 months to complete and cost Rs.50 crore, will have a number of safety measures as it is coming up inside the under-construction jail complex in east Delhi.
