There were questions and answer session wherein various media representatives raised questions and the Organisers including the presenters of the programme Shriya Saran, Rana  and Arya answered them one by one.

Shodhan Prasad representing Daijiworld questioned as to why 'Tulu' Films are not considered in this SIIMA Awards which boasts 'South Indian' and Tulu being one of the South Indian language having its own film industry called 'Tuluwood'.  He added that even Konkani is also part of South Indian languages which has produced many films so far.

The organisers were stunned and said that they did not think of this but will surely add this in the next year's category along with Kannada in Karnataka segment.  Shodhan thanked the organisers and said they should promote these minorities so that the people of Tulunadu will get encouraged in producing more films in the near future.

The press conference ended with photo session and light snacks.
