Washington, Aug 17 (IANS): Rafael Nadal beat Roger Federer 5-7, 6-4, 6-3 to advance to the semifinal of the Cincinnati Masters.

It was the 31st meeting between the two tennis legends, reports Xinhua.

It was the 13th straight victory for Nadal. The fourth seed will meet Tomas Berdych in the semifinal Saturday.
