Manipal, Feb 11: Akshay Sharma, a IV semester student of MBBS at KMC Mangalore has been short listed to appear for personal discussion for the Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana. The report submitted by him was titled ‘EXTRA SENSORY PERCEPTION AND THE PHYSIOLOGICAL BASIS FOR IT’ and is based on the project carried out by him under the guidance of Dr. Urban J.A.D’Souza.

KVPY is a programme initiated by Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India to encourage students to take up research in the various fields of science.
