Udupi, Feb 14: T Ramesh Pai memorial national-level seminar on "The Future of Indian Higher Education in the Wake of Globalization" has been organized by Manipal Academy of Health and Education on Monday February 20 at 4 pm.

The seminar will be held at the Madhav Pai Memorial college auditorium.  Dr G D Sharma, president, Consortium of Educational Communications of New Delhi, will deliver a lecture at the seminar.  

This was announced in a news conference here on Monday February 13 by Prof P Dayanand.  He further said that the 7th annual day celebrations of the college will be held on Saturday February 18 evening which will be graced by Dr Pratap Kumar of KMC.

Retired principal Prof P Sripati Tantri, managing committee member T Sudhakar Pai, too will be present on the occasion.

College managing committee member G A Rego, Raghvendra Tunga and Dombayya Idkidu were also present at the press conference.
