'PM must answer on missing coal files before going to G20'

New Delhi, Sep 3 (IANS): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Tuesday asked the prime minister to answer on the missing files relating to coal-block allocations before he leaves for the G20 summit.

"The prime minister before going to the G-20 summit (should) explain to the people what happened to the coal files and who is responsible for the same and who is taking the accountability," said BJP leader M. Venkaiah Naidu.

The G20 summit is slated to start in St Petersburg, Russia from Thursday.

After the BJP parliamentary meet, Naidu told reporters: "This (is a) very serious issue of the missing files on coal allocation. The parliament session is going on and the government needs to take the house into confidence."
