Karachi violence leaves 13 killed


Islamabad, Sep 4 (IANS): As many as 13 people, including a Pakistan Navy captain, were killed in the port city of Karachi Wednesday, Geo News reported.

Captain Nadeem and his wife came under attack when some unidentified people targetted the couple near the National Stadium. While the captain died of his injuries, his wife was being treated for her wounds at a hospital.

Meanwhile, 12 others, including a Rangers personnel and a policeman, were also killed on the same day.
