Mangalore: Dr Rashmi Kodikal awarded PhD

Mangalore, Sep 5: Dr Rashmi Kodikal, assistant professor  at the  P G Department of Business Administration , P A College of Engineering has been awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business administration for her thesis titled “Job Attitudes among Women Employees : A Comparative Study of Public and Private Sector Banks”.

 She was successfully guided by Dr P Pakkeerappa, chairman, Department of Business Administration, Mangalore University.

She is married to Dr Ganesh Sanjeev and is the daughter of Rohindranath Kodikal and Rohini Kodikal, Mangalore. She completed her BBM degree from SDM college of Business management securing third rank in the university later finished her MBA , with first rank and was awarded gold medal from Mangalore University.

She has presented and published papers in various national and international conferences/journals.
