Mangalore, Sep 7: A two-day real estate exhibition will be held at TMA Pai Convention Hall on September 28, 29 with special rates for the apartments on sale. A press conference was held in this regard at Press Club, here on Saturday September 7 at 11 am.

K C Naik, the past president is the chairman of 'Realty Expo–2013'. Recognized builders spread across Dakshina Kannada and premier banks will be setting up stalls at the realty expo for two days.

Premier Banks leading in housing finance will set up stalls at the expo. Companies involved in manufacturing construction materials and accessorial are expected to participate in the Realty Expo. 
   
CREDAI has made arrangements to give wide publicity to the expo to attract best of the crowds. Customer will have chance to win a Hyundai i10 Car as I prize, Honda Activa as II prize and 32 inch TV as III prize for spot booking of apartments. Public are requested to visit the exhibition to own apartments and avail benefits.

CREDAI is very keen to provide the common man affordable houses under the theme ‘home for all’ with green housing concept in accordance.

The aim of this code of conduct for developers, promoters and builders is to maintain the honour and dignity of developers, promoters and builders in general, to secure the spirit of friendly co-operation between the developers, promoters and builders and their customers for the promotion of highest standard of promotion, development and building activities and to establish transparency, and fair dealing between the developers, promoters and builders with their customers; and to establish a spirit of brotherhood within the associations of developers, promoters and builders to try and ensure that developers, promoters and builders discharge their responsibilities to the community in general.

The second Karnataka State CREDAI Convention- 'STATECON 2012' held on August 25, 26, 2012 at the TMA Pai Convention hall in Mangalore was an successful event organized by CREDAI-Mangalore.
