Mangalore, Feb 22: Former High Court judge, Justice M F Saldanha will deliver a lecture in the city on Thursday Ferbruary 23.

The programme has been organized by 'Public Relations Society of India (PRSI)'  Mangalore - Manipal chapter and will be held at Hotel Motimahal at 6 pm on Thursday.  Justice M F Saldanha will deliver lecture on  "Public Relations as Stimulent for Public Opinion."
