Sullia, Feb 22: As a result of a tanker turning turtle near Shimoga, the driver of the tanker hailing from Yedamangala here was killed on Sunday February 19.

The driver has been identified as Padmanabha (28), son of one Ramaiah Gowda of Yedamangala.  Another person who was in the tanker also died on the spot.

The cleaner of the tanker who suffered injuries has been admitted to the hospital.
