School brainwashes youth: Jaden Smith

Los Angeles, Sep 16 (IANS): Teen actor Jaden Smith has criticised the school system, saying it brainwashes young people.

The 15-year-old took to microblogging website Twitter to express his views, reports aceshowbiz.com

"If everybody in the world dropped out of school, we would have a much more intelligent society," he tweeted.

"School is the tool to brainwash the youth," he added, and later also posted, "Education is rebellion."

Son of Jada Pinkett and Will Smith, Jaden and his sister Willow previously went to private school - New Village Leadership Academy - here.

Now the siblings are reportedly home schooled after the academy was closed earlier this year.
