Bangalore, Sep 16: The Second South India Real Estate Conference 2013 is being held in Bangalore on September 19.
Karnataka’s Tourism and Higher Education Minister R V Deshpande will be inaugurating the conference being organized by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).
Union Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation Department Secretary Arun Kumar Misra will be delivering the key note address on the theme of Building New Dimensions for Real Estate Gowth.
The conference will focus on the issues such as: current real estate financing trends, land acquisition, execution strategies and challenges, emerging asset classes and real estate and social infrastructure.
