Udupi: JCI Udyavar – Kuthpady successfully concludes JC week

Udupi, Sep 24: JCI Udyavar – Kuthpady successfully completed their JC week – 2013 on Sunday September 22, at Udyavara, here. 

During the seven days, JCI members carried out different events for people of all age groups.

JC Michael D’Souza presided over the valedictory ceremony, while Vinay Kumar Sorake, minister for urban development, government of Karnataka, Pramod Madhawaraj, MLA Udupi, Lalaji R menden, former MLA Kaup, JFF Girish Rao, zone vice president, Suresh Prabhu, vice governor lions, Udupi,  Ramanand, industrialist, among others were present on the occasion.

“JCI organization carries out many social works, they provide best guidance to the general public, they also provides a platform to build leadership quality and discipline in one’s life,” said minister Sorake.

On the occasion, medical fund was given for a child’s treatment.

Ramesh Pithroody was felicitated by Lalaji R Mendon on the occasion for his service at Vishwasada Manne in Shankerpura.

Michael D’Souza welcomed the gathering. Dayanand proposed the vote of thanks. Prathap Kumar compered the program.

Programs like Havvu Navu, tricks of magic, demonstration on fire tenders, healthy child competitions, human relationships, and many others were held.

‘Bali Telupule’ fame prize winners of Kaup team performed on the occasion.
