Congress welcomes 7th pay panel

New Delhi, Sep 25 (IANS): The Congress Wednesday welcomed the announcement of the Seventh Pay Commission, saying it will bring cheer to central government employees ahead of the festival season.

"We congratulate the government for the decision," Congress spokesperson Raj Babbar told reporters. The government announced the decision Wednesday.
