Kaup police catch two for illegal transport of buffaloes

Udupi, Oct 4: Kaup police on Thursday October 3 arrested two people for illegal transport of buffaloes.

The operation was led by Kaup police inspector Rajendra Naik who enforced a nakabandi on the Kaup highway.

The police arrested Katapady Sarakarigudde resident Mohammed (65) and pickup driver Siraj (21), a resident of Shirva.

A police case has been registered in Kaup police station based on the statement of the accused.
