- Udupi and Murudeshwar targets?
Karwar, Mar 11: A large stock of RDX is reported to have been seized from a passenger travelling in the Nizamuddin-Ernakulam express train on late Friday evening, says a report in 'udayavani' daily.
Tariq Ahmed Batloo (28) was been taken custody of by the railway police in this connection, said Margao DySP Tony Fernandes reporters, according to the report.
During initial inquiry, the accused has disclosed that the explosives were to be landed in Murudeshwar and Udupi, say unconfirmed reports.
The entire train was then subjected a thorough check and it arrived at Karwar at 10-30 pm on Friday.
