Los Angeles, Oct 8 (IANS): Actress Halle Berry has named her son Maceo Robert Martinez.
This is Berry's first child with husband and actor Olivier Martinez.
The 47-year-old, also a mother to five-year-old Nahla with her ex-partner Gabriel Aubry, gave birth to her son Oct 5 at Cedars Sinai Hospital here.
"They chose it because it means gift from god," eonline.com quoted a source as saying.
"Olivier wanted to give a nod to his Spanish roots. They picked the name a while ago, they love it," the source added.
The middle name Robert was picked after the "S.W.A.T." actor's Spanish father.
The couple married in July.
