Warm, humid Tuesday in Delhi


New Delhi, Oct 15 (IANS): It was a warm and humid Tuesday morning in the national capital. The minimum temperature was recorded a notch above the season's average at 21.1 degrees Celsius. The Met Office has forecast clear day ahead.

"The day will remain clear with the maximum temperature likely to hover around 34 degrees Celsius," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. stood at 87 percent.

Monday's maximum temperature settled a notch below the season's average at 32.5 degrees Celsius  the minimum temperature was recorded three notches above average at 23 degrees Celsius.
