Warm Tuesday in Delhi, Wednesday to be similar


New Delhi, Oct 15 (IANS): It was a warm, sunny day for Delhi residents Tuesday though the maximum temperature was 33 degree Celsius, a notch below average. The Met office has forecast similar weather Wednesday.

The minimum temperature Tuesday settled at one notch above average at 22.8 degrees Celsius, while the humidity hovered between a high of 90 percent and a low of 60 percent, said an official of India Meteorological Department (IMD).

On Wednesday, the sky will remain clear and the maximum and the minimum temperatures likely to hover around 34 degrees and 21 degrees Celsius respectively, said the IMD official.

The maximum temperature Monday was recorded at 32.5 degree Celsius, a notch below the average, whereas the minimum temperature settled three notches above the season's average at 23 degree Celsius.
