Mangalore, Mar, 31: The prime accused in the Sangabettu gram panchayat president Abdul Rahiman murder case have been granted bail by district sessions court.
While Vijay and Uday, residents of Karpe were granted bail by the sessions court recently, another accused Arun had been granted bail a long ago.
The initial investigation by the Bantwal rural police revealed that the rivalry between two factions of a political party was the chief reason behind the murder of Abdul Rahiman.
Abdul was hacked to death while he was coming back to his home at Siddhakatte from Sangabettu. The accused had hacked him to death after pulling him out from his car.
