Ram Kapoor's new pal on 'Bade Acche...' sets


Mumbai, Nov 8 (IANS): Actor Ram Kapoor has found a new friend on the sets of his popular TV show "Bade Acche Lagte Hain" - a kitten.

During breaks, Ram is seen spending time and playing with the kitten. He was recently photographed with the kitten on his shoulder.

Neha Sargam in 'Yeh Hai Aashiqui'

TV actress Neha Sargam will be seen in an upcoming episode of the show "Yeh Hai Aashiqui" as a hostage who inadvertently falls in love with her captor.

The male leads in the show will be played by Mayank Gandhi and Kunal Thakur.

The actress, known for her role in "Chand Chupa Badal Mein", said: "I was extremely excited when 'Yeh Hai Aashiqui' was offered to me. It has been a great experience shooting with a bunch of new people."

"In my opinion, 'Yeh Hai Aashiqui' is one of the best shows that portrays unusual love stories so beautifully," she said in a statement.

Mayank and Kunal will essay the roles of Vikrant, the kidnapper, and ACP Siddharth, Shruti's fiance, respectively.

The episode will air Sunday on Bindass.

Ruslaan turns tutor

Ruslaan Mumtaz is helping his "Kehta Hai Dil...Jee Le Zara" co-star Nabeel Ahmed Mirajkar, seen as Advait in the show, prepare for his graduation exams.

Nabeel is juggling between his work and studies as his graduation final year exams are around the corner.

While Ruslaan is helping Nabeel in making pointers and recording them in one diary, Sangeeta Ghosh is pampering him by feeding him and helping him follow a proper time table.

"Yes, I have my exams scheduled for next week and I am trying hard to manage my work and studies. I am glad to be associated with an amazing production house, channel and co-stars who are helping and encouraging me at every step," Nabeel said in a statement.
