Muscat, Apr 3: Karnataka Wing of Indian Social Club – Muscat celebrated Ugadi Festival with a grand program at ISC Main Hall Darsait on 30th March 2006.

Program started at 6.30 pm and more than 100 artistes beautifully exhibited various talents in singing, dance and recitation of hymns and patriotic songs. The president of Karnataka Wing Ahiraj Gururaj, welcomed the audience and also thanked all the sponsors, who helped and supported the event and have contributed immensely for the success. The committee members and parents of the participating children had taken lot of interest to train them and perform on the stage.

The sponsors for the event were Muscat Pharmacy, Oman UAE Exchange, Oman Agricultural Development SAOG, Al Duqum Mines and Halawani Brothers.
