New Delhi, Nov 13 (IANS): In a bid to increase its outbound passenger traffic, Air India entered into a single codeshare agreement with Slovenian national airline Adria Airways.
According to senior Air India official, the codeshare agreement will provide seamless travel experience to passengers from India to Slovenia.
“Passengers can now travel on a single ticket from India to Slovenia. Air India will fly passengers to Frankfurt and there onwards Adria Airways will ferry passengers to Slovenia's capital Ljubljana,” a senior official with Air India told IANS.
The agreement comes nearly two months after Air India's chairman and managing director (CMD) Rohit Nandan visited Slovenia to follow up on an earlier memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between the two airlines.
