Nippy morning, clear day ahead for Delhi


New Delhi, Nov 14 (IANS): There was a nip in the air Thursday morning here, with the minimum temperature recorded two notches below the season's average at 11.2 degrees Celsius. The Met Office forecasts a clear day ahead.

"The day will remain clear with the maximum temperature likely to hover around 26 degrees Celsius," said an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 76 percent.

Wednesday's maximum temperature settled three notches below season's average at 26.2 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature settled two notches below average at 11 degrees Celsius.
