Udupi, Apr 6: Sharada (20), a resident of Kurkal near Shirva here who had suffered serious burn injuries after a kerosene lamp fell on her on March 26, succumbed to the injuries in the hospital recently.
Sharada, wife of Manjunath of Kurkal had suffered burn injuries when the kerosene lamp fell on her when she was in the house along with her 9 month old child. Though the neighbours admitted her to hospital immediately, she succumbed to the injuries after a few days.
A complaint has now been filed in the Shirva police station in this regard.
