Udupi, Apr 7: Two security personnel appointed for security of Sri Krishna Math here have been suspended by SP S Murugan for lapse of duty recently.
Sri Krishna Math was provided with security recently following terrorists attacks on religious shrines in the country. Accordingly, the constables of district Reserve Police Force were appointed for duty at Sri Krishna Math.
However, when the deputy SP Harishchandra visited Sri Krishna Math recently, two constables Sukumar and Sangamesh were not present on the spot.
A detailed report in this regard was submitted to SP Murugan who suspended the constables for lapse of duty.
