Cool day ahead for Delhi


New Delhi, Nov 17 (IANS): A cool day lies ahead for Delhi Sunday with the maximum temperature expected to be around 26 degrees Celsius, India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.

It was a foggy Sunday morning, with the minimum temperature three notches below season's average at 9.2 degrees Celsius.

"The capital will experience cold winds, keeping the temperature down," an IMD official said.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m was 81 percent.

Saturday's maximum temperature was recorded a notch below season's average at 27 degrees Celsius, while minimum temperature was recorded four notches below average at 9.1 degrees Celsius.
